Class 10 Math
Our Class 10 Math Lessons are live, and students are invited to interact with the teacher and ask questions as part of class time.
High School Geometry
Our high school Geometry course is the next step in the high school math trajectory following Algebra I.
This class will use the “Discovering Geometry: An Investigative Approach by Michael Serra” textbook, but will be taught through the lens of a Waldorf teacher. This class will meet three days a week.
Geometry helps students understand spatial relationships which are necessary for higher-order thinking skills. Geometry describes directions, place, relations in space, shapes and ratios that connect real-world experiences to maps and drawings.
In our Geometry class, students will develop reasoning skills by studying proofs. They will learn to apply properties of lines, triangles, circles, and quadrilaterals. They will also develop problem solving skills by using length, area, perimeter, circumference, surface area, and volume to solve real-life problems.

Puzzles & riddles
Please Note: The Math Main Lesson Block for Class 10 is Introduction to trigonometry. It is taught as part of the Lotus & Ivy Class 10 Main Lesson ClasS, NOT to be confused with the Year-long math class, Geometry. Together, our Class 10 Main lesson class and year-Long math class are part of the full 10th grade Math curriculum, which provides a solid and rigorous math foundation.
