Join educator Megan Sullivan for a thoughtful and caring evening designed to support parents in finding calm, confidence, and connection during these important conversations. With over 25 years of experience in Waldorf education and sex education, Megan brings warmth, reverence, and practical guidance for parents of children from early childhood through high school. Workshop 2: Unfolding Potential: Reading Your Life's Clues to Parent with Clarity

A TWO-PART Workshop Series with Anouk Tompot

Session 1: Monday, October 12 at 3:00 PM ET

Session 2: Monday, November 2 at 3:00 PM ET

Discover the Map Within Your Own Story

Every life holds a hidden map. The places you lived, the environments you grew up in, and the rhythms of your own childhood are not just memories—they are clues to who you are becoming.

In this two-part series, we will explore a part of your biography to gain clarity on who you are and who your child is. You will learn the following:

  • Decode Your Clues: Learn to read the subtle signals in your own life history—the environments, relationships, and transitions—that point toward your authentic self.

  • See Your Child with new Eyes: Recognize your child's unique being and help them to draw forth who they  are trying to become.

  • Find Your Rhythm: Start to develop a realistic, personalized parenting style that honors both your essence and your child's, creating a harmonious dynamic where both can thrive.

Workshop 3: A Living Education in a Barren Season

with Jeff Hipolito

Tuesday, Feb 9 at 3pm ET / 12pm PT

Rudolf Steiner spoke of how “dead thinking” permeates contemporary culture—where what passes for thinking is often disconnected from creativity and imagination or even life itself. In an age where technology and AI increasingly shape our environment, this concern feels more relevant than ever.

As Waldorf teachers and parents, we are called to cultivate a form of education that is not merely informational, but life-giving—one that nurtures imagination, inner freedom, and authentic thinking. What is it within Waldorf education that continues to offer hope in such times?

Join Dr. Hipolito for an inspiring exploration of this question. Moving from the early years through high school, he will share how we can create space for children to awaken their own thinking, discover purpose, and meet the world with vitality. This talk aims to help us feel less stuck and more empowered in our homeschooling journeys, offering practical insight and renewed inspiration for the path ahead.

About Dr. Hipolito

Jeffrey Hipolito has been a dedicated Waldorf educator for nearly twenty years, teaching middle and high school students at institutions like the Seattle Waldorf School and Eastside Community School. His path was shaped by a lifelong connection to the movement—having been raised in a Waldorf household and later mentored by Betty Staley—leading him to eventually train future teachers at the Sound Circle Center in Seattle. Before committing to the classroom, Jeff earned a PhD in English Literature from the University of Washington, where he cultivated a deep expertise in Romantic poetry.

Beyond teaching, Jeff is a published author of two books and serves as the chairperson of the Owen Barfield Society. His scholarship on Barfield has taken him to prestigious stages, including Cambridge University and the Temenos Academy in London. Today, he balances his academic pursuits with his family life and a private educational consultancy. Alongside his wife, a fellow veteran Waldorf teacher, he provides guidance to parents helping their adolescents navigate the complexities of the teenage years with harmony and health.
