Tuition
Tuition information is found via a button at the top of each class page for that grade level as well as the blue button above for a full schedule and class catalog, including class times & days, teacher, and tuition. Tuition varies by grade level and other factors such as number of classes per week.
All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars). We accept payment from countries outside of the United States so please contact us about your country’s exchange rate if you have questions. We accept credit cards, echecks, and debit cards. There is a 3% convenience fee assessed for credit cards. There is no fee for debit cards or echecks.
We are vendors with tuition assistance programs in many states in the US and Canada. Check out our Tuition Assistance page to learn if a program is available where you live. Please let us know if your state has a similar program and we will be glad to partner with them to provide our classes to your children for FREE!
We offer need-based scholarships each year. Applications open May 15 each year and are available for 2 weeks. Scholarships are limited so be sure to apply during the application window and read all terms for being considered.
Is your child entering Lotus & Ivy mid-year?
Entering mid-year can be confusing and a little scary so we do everything we can to help families transition easily into our payment plans. We will gladly prorate the tuition for you based on the number of weeks your student attends each semester. You will only be charged for classes your student is registered for and has a seat in.
For questions about tuition, please email us at lotusandivyvirtualclasses@gmail.com or call or text us at (321) 866-6860.
Application Fee
Application Fees are charged once per program year. Receipt of this fee allows us to hold a position for your child in the class(es). If a class is full and your child is added to the waitlist, this fee holds your child’s spot on the waitlist. When you fill out the application, the fee will automatically be calculated for you.
The $61.80 fee applies to students taking up to 2 hours of classes per week. (If a student adds to their schedule during the year, they will be upgraded to the second fee if the hours exceed 2 per week.)
The $211.15 fee is for students taking more than 2 hours of classes per week.
The following fees only apply to families using state funds. As there is an increased amount of invoicing and administrative work involved with these programs, we have added a small processing fee to the application fee.
The $77.25 fee applies to students taking up to 2 hours of classes per week and are a part of a state program. (If a student adds to their schedule during the year, they will be upgraded to the second fee if the hours exceed 2 per week.)
The $262.65 fee is for students taking more than 2 hours of classes per week and are a part of a state program.
Our class sizes are small; therefore, we cannot hold a position unless we see earnest interest from you about enrolling. By paying the Application Fee up front, this allows us to hold a position in the class for your child until July 1, when the first tuition payment is due.
Starting March 1, to complete the registration process, including payment of the Application Fee, kindly go to the Application for Enrollment, where you will enter general information, select classes, read and sign terms and conditions, and submit the application fee payment. The registration process is complete once payment is processed and your child’s seats will be saved. It is necessary to pay separately for each child during initial enrollment.
Application Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you are enrolling mid-year, you still must pay the full registration fee. Please note that we are unable to hold your child's spot for our classes until the correct Application Fee has been paid. Thank you!
Drop Deadlines
Lotus & Ivy requires a semesterly financial commitment. Notification of dropping classes is needed in writing via email. The drop deadline for Semester 1 is June 15. Semester 1 tuition (Payments 1-5) is owed for any class(es) dropped after this date. The Semester 2 drop deadline is October 15. Semester 2 tuition (Payments 6-10) is owed for any class(es) dropped after this date. Drop deadlines are in place so that we may set our budget and teacher salaries.
Paid Trial Period
We want to make sure our program is the right program for your student. If you are new to Lotus & Ivy, you may take advantage of our 3 week Paid Trial Period. Students who are new to Lotus & Ivy (never previously enrolled) are automatically enrolled in the Paid Trial. At the end of the Trial period, you may decide whether to continue with enrollment or not. If the decision is to continue with enrollment, your financial commitment is for the total tuition of the classes for which your child is registered for remainder of the semester. If the decision is to NOT continue with enrollment, there is no further financial commitment. You may use this paid trial to adjust your child's schedule to one that feels good moving forward. Written notice of your end-of-trial decision must be submitted to lotusandivyvirtualclasses@gmail.com 5 days prior to the end of the trial period. If we do not hear from you, it is assumed your child will continue with the program and tuition is owed for the remainder of the semester.
