Lotus & Ivy’s administrative team is happy to meet with your family virtually if you have questions about whether or not we can meet the needs of your child. While we are committed to meeting each child’s academic needs as best we can, there may be times when our scope of support services is not adequate to meet the needs of a child. As a private, online program, we may not have the resources to provide an appropriate education for all children. Lotus & Ivy reserves the right to deny acceptance or continued enrollment in the school if the administration or staff does not believe we can adequately meet a child’s needs.

TUITION PAYMENTS
Tuition may be paid in full each year or in monthly installments by check, Zelle, or automatic payments only.
Semester 1: September through January
Semester 2: February - May
We use your payment commitment to guarantee our teachers' salaries. Your submission of this form is acceptance of your financial commitment.
Tuition Due Dates
Registration fee is due upon submitting your applications.
Fall Semester (5 months) 2021
Tuition is due by July 1, 2021 or date of enrollment for September 2021.
Tuition is due by September 1, 2021 for October 2021.
Tuition is due by October 1, 2021 for November 2021.
Tuition is due by November 1, 2021 for December 2021.
Tuition is due by December 1, 2021 for January 2022.
Spring Semester (4 months)
Tuition is due by January 1, 2022 for February 2022.
Tuition is due by February 1, 2022 for March 2022.
Tuition is due by March 1, 2022 for April 2022.
Tuition is due by April 1, 2022 for May 2022.
We ask for your help in paying your tuition promptly as it is embarrassing and uncomfortable for us to have to track down payments. Late payments are subject to a $25 late fee per student per day until the balance is paid.
Tuition may be paid via check, Zelle or automatic payments. Payment must be made before the registration process is complete.
SUPPLY FEE
THE SUPPLY FEE IS $99 PER SEMESTER, DUE AT REGISTRATION TO HOLD THE SEAT AND AGAIN IN FEBRUARY TO KEEP THE SEAT. Receipt of this fee allows us to hold a position for your child in the class.* Our class sizes are small; therefore, we cannot hold a position unless we see earnest interest from you about enrolling. By paying the SUPPLY fee up-front, this allows us to hold a position in the class for your child.
Upon receipt of your application and payment, our staff will contact you regarding acceptance within 5 days.
SUPPLY Fees are non-refundable.
If you are enrolling mid-year, you still must pay the full SUPPLY fee.
Please note that we are unable to hold your child's spot for our classes until the supply fee has been paid. Thank you.

Hate-Speech and Bullying Policy
Lotus & Ivy has a zero-tolerance policy for hate-speech and bullying. If a student is guilty of such behavior as determined by the Director, teachers, or staff, the student will not be allowed to attend class with Lotus & Ivy effective immediately.

I hereby agree to be responsible for the conduct and actions of my child and to release Lotus & Ivy Pods from any claims and demands that may occur during participation in Lotus & Ivy Pods classes each week while participating in person or in any form in Lotus & Ivy Pod classes.
Furthermore, I agree to release Lotus & Ivy Pods and its employees, owners, and teachers and will hold them harmless from any liability which may arise from incidents or accidents involving my child and myself while attending Lotus & Ivy classes or activities, to the extent allowed by law.
